Product Sales & Training
FFEI’s training objective is to provide high quality, comprehensive training for our distributors and staff in the operation and maintenance of our product range. Our onsite training facilities are fully equipped with our current products within a classroom atmosphere, creating a relaxed learning environment. As an additional benefit, both software and hardware courses have access to R&D facilities as needed. Recognising that our distributor channel have busy schedules, our courses are designed to be concise in duration but structured to be informative without compromising on quality and content.
Software training courses are held at the FFEI facilities in Hemel Hempstead, where students can interact with developers and customer support staff at Graphics House. Hardware training courses are conducted in our purpose built training suite at Graphics House, where students can view products as they are being built, and meet optics and assembly technicians.
Sales training is also offered on request. These courses can be tailored to meet the needs of the distributor sales team, focusing on topics that are important to their continuing success.
