Luxel V-8 is a B1 (8 page) prepress range that offers the highest level of automation and productivity options. This range includes affordable manual and semi-manual machines through to high speed fully automated models depending on the requirements. All Luxel V-8 machines are compatible with FUJIFILM Brillia HD PRO-V chemistry free plates.
HD (High Definition) option is available on all configurations except HS (High Speed). A 1-99% dot reproduction allows for smoother FM flat tonal areas for the highest image quality. A Luxel V-8 HD combined with Brillia HD PRO-V plates results in the best chemistry free CTP solution on the market.
Manual and Semi-automatic
The Luxel V-8 is FUJIFILM’s affordable B1 (8 page) CTP solution featuring Violet technology. In semi-automatic configuration, increased automation results from an online processor attached to the CTP. The manual permits separate, offline plate processing. Optimised for both FUJIFILM Brillia LP-NV and Brillia HD PRO-V Violet plates, the Luxel V-8 has RIP and workflow options available which can be customised to meet your needs. SAL (Single Cassette Autoloader)
An affordable route to automatic production, the Luxel V-8 Single Cassette Autoloader (SAL) uses a single online cassette to feed the CTP engine during production. Extra cassettes are uniquely identifiable and are held offline, housing different sized plates if needed. Optimised for FUJIFILM Brillia LP-NV Violet plates, the SAL boasts RIP and workflow options that can be customised to meet new output requirements. MAL (Multi Cassette Autoloader)
The fully automatic Luxel V-8 MAL is ideal for B1 (8 page) customers that demand unattended operation combined with high quality and reliability. With a five cassette autoloader, the Luxel V-8 is capable of holding 300 plates. Different sizes of plates can be loaded in each cassette and intelligent software keeps track of what plate is needed for which job, automatically loading the correct cassette. The Luxel V-8 also boasts RIP and workflow options that can be customised to meet growing needs.
