FFEI’s RealPro 3D-Packager is a versatile software tool for packaging professionals involved in design, client communication and production. Fold complex dielines and artwork into accurate 3D animated prototypes, simulating all aspects of the intended structural, printed design directly from Adobe Illustrator or imported dielines. RealPro 3-D Packager can also rework existing dielines from design libraries.

- Offering a range of benefits to everyday design and production, RealPro 3D-Packager saves time and resources by simplifying the communication and presentation of complex designs. Even the most challenging of designs can be turned into a full working animated soft prototype quickly and easily, saving time and materials when compared with traditional mock-up techniques.
- Aspects such as windows and curved folds can be easily simulated, plus complex finishing effects including foils, varnishes and special substrates. Users can review dielines, edit and test their concepts as a working 3D model to confirm the accuracy of the folds and the compatibility with the chosen material thickness.
- RealPro 3D-Packager synchronises with Adobe Illustrator in real-time, automatically updating the working 3D model from the Illustrator dieline and graphics’ layers as the design evolves. Any changes made in 3D-Packager will correspond with Adobe Illustrator, allowing the user to refine and update deline and artwork data.
- RealPro 3D-Packager has been designed to fit with existing workflows as a complementary solution, offering easy integration with minimal investment and user training.
